No/poor connection to WiFi/base/ethernet/phoneline, no answer, no dial tone, not ready Try another card and have the customer contact their bank about the other card as there is a problem with that transaction This appears on the screen as there is an issue with the card specifically Remove the battery, and use the base to power the terminal If the details must match, perform a refund and then process the transaction againĭead terminal not powering up blank Screen The terminal will still approve the transaction but will say that the information does not match The merchant has input address information into the terminal whilst processing a sale and this does not match with the details that are associated with the card.
